ADMISSION INTO COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the nursing programme of department of nursing, college of nursing sciences, university of nigeria teaching hospital Enugu

  1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

MOBILE PAYMENTS

  • Generate invoice from the portal
  • Pay online via Monnify platform using ATM card or transfer method.

2. APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTION

FILL APPLICATION FORM

  • Visit the college of nursing website www.nursing.unth.edu.ng and click "Apply now" 

  • Go to APPLICATION on the menu and click APPLY to start application 

  • Fill the application form (take note of compulsory fields with asterisks *)

  • Preview your application details and submit

  • Click on VERIFY PAYMENT  to make a payment of 20,000 (Twenty thousand naira) application fee

  •  Payment METHOD Monnify(card or transfer payment)                                                                                                                                                                                               

  • Payment should be made on the portal using a (debit card, Naira Master card,VISA,Verve Card or transfer). 

  • The application portal will be open from 15th June and ends on the 3rd september,2026.

  • Make payment and print all accompanying slips.

  • If you fill the entire application form to the last step and your payment pin is not ready, kindly save and copy the application number (Note your application is not yet submitted until payment is completed). To continue your application, go to APPLICATION and click on REPRINT APPLICATION, then enter your application number and click PAYMENT VERIFICATION to print your slip.
  • After online registration, submit a copy of the application slip and photocopies of relevant credentials to UNTH college of Nursing for necessary documentation.                                  
  • After completing the online registration,submit a copy of the application form and photocopies of relevant credentials to the the college secretariat with a sum of #2000 (two thousand naira only).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Processing of the form online must be at the department of nursing,college of nursing sciences UNTH,Enugu.                                                                                                          

REPRINT APPLICATION FORM/EXAM SLIP

  • To reprint your slips, go to APPLICATION on the menu and click REPRINT APPLICATION

  • Enter your Application number and click on PRINT FORMS

3. EXAMINATION

  • Date: 4th-5th September, 2026.
  • Venue: CONSUNTH ICT,UNTH OLD-SITE ENUGU.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • post-utme: computer based test.
  • Time: 7:00am Prompt.
  • EXAMINATION DURATION TIME: 1 hour per candidate.

BRING ALONG ORIGINAL RECEIPT ISSUED BY UNTH ACCOUNTS WITH GUMMED PASSPORT. (NO ENTRY INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL WITHOUT THESE).

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must posses five (5) credit at senior secondary school certificate or its equivalent which include, English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings. WAEC OR NECO.                     

  • Candidate must have scored a minimum of 180 in 2026 UMTE.                                                       

  • Candidate 2026 UTME subject combination must be English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.                                                                                                                                                 

  • Candidate must have chosen College of Nursing Science, University of Nigeria teaching Hospital, Affiliate to UNN as thier first choice of institution. however, candidate who do not choose the institution as their first choice can also apply but must be willing to effect the neccessary changes in thier JAMB CAPS before the conciusion of the admission processes.                                                                                                                             

  • Only candidates who possess the entry requirements and satisfy the panel shall be considered for admission.
